Couts Christian Academy tuition is calculated on the total number of days (excluding holidays) in the school year to arrive at the yearly amount. It is not based on the number of days in a month.
A 10% discount is given to additional children enrolled from one family
Discounts do not apply to extended care
Tuition is due by the 10th of the month. Full tuition is due whether or not your child attends all the class days for which he/she is enrolled.
A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on any tuition not paid by the tenth day of the month
Your child will no longer be enrolled if the tuition has not been paid by the last school day of the month
No deduction in tuition is given for absence, illness, holidays or inclement weather.
There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks
If enrolled after June 1st (school age) or August 1st (Preschool), the amount of tuition will be prorated for the school year and your payment plan will differ from that stated in the brochure.
